Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use govern your access to and use of the ChristGen platform (the "Platform"), operated by Christ Generation Church, Cebu South, Philippines ("Christ Generation Church", "ChristGen", "we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

ChristGen is a ministry management platform built for the G12 vision of Christ Generation Church. It helps leaders and members track cell groups, Simbalay gatherings, attendance, leadership networks, discipleship progress, and ministry resources.

The Platform is provided to Christ Generation Church leaders, members, and invited guests for ministry purposes only. Access may be limited, changed, or withdrawn by church leadership at any time.

You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to use the Platform. Users below eighteen (18) years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself, including your full name, email address, and leadership level where applicable. Accounts created with false information may be suspended.

Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify church leadership immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Full access to leadership tools — including Cellgroups, Simbalay, Directory, Resources, the network structure, the map, and leader chat — requires an active monthly subscription of Fifty Philippine Pesos (PHP 50.00) per account.

Payment is made through GCash to Christ Generation Church. After paying, you must submit a photo or screenshot of your GCash receipt inside the Platform. Subscriptions are reviewed and approved manually by a ChristGen Admin; approval is not automatic.

Once approved, your subscription grants thirty (30) days of access from the approval date. Access expires automatically at the end of that period. You may renew at any time by paying and submitting a new receipt; a new 30-day period begins on the date a renewal is approved.

Subscription fees are per account, non-transferable, and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by Philippine law or where a duplicate or erroneous payment is verified by ChristGen Admin. Fees are not pro-rated for partial periods or unused days.

Christ Generation Church may change the subscription fee in the future. We will give at least fifteen (15) days' notice inside the Platform or by email, and any change will apply only to subscription periods beginning after the notice period.

If a subscription is not renewed, leadership features become unavailable at expiry. Your data is retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy so that it is restored when you renew.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful ministry purposes. You must not: (a) upload or share content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harasses any person; (b) impersonate another person or misrepresent your role or leadership level; (c) attempt to access accounts, networks, or records that do not belong to you; (d) upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code; (e) copy, scrape, or extract data from the Platform for commercial purposes; (f) share your account with others; or (g) interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Platform.

Christ Generation Church may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Leaders who record cell group membership, attendance, meeting schedules, or meeting photos are responsible for obtaining the consent of their members before entering personal information about them, and for keeping that information accurate and up to date.

Records are visible only to the leaders with legitimate ministry oversight of the relevant network, and to church administrators. You must not use member records for any purpose outside the ministry of Christ Generation Church.

The ChristGen name and logo, sermon notes, teaching materials, discipleship resources, videos, photographs, and other content made available on the Platform are owned by Christ Generation Church or used with permission from their owners.

Resources are provided for personal discipleship and ministry use within Christ Generation Church. You may not resell, publish, or redistribute them outside the church network without written permission from church leadership.

The Platform uses trusted third-party services for hosting, email delivery, and advertising. Advertising is provided by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, which is described in our Privacy Policy.

Ads load only after you accept optional cookies in the consent banner. We do not control the products or websites advertised by third parties and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We work to keep the Platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be added, changed, or removed as ministry needs develop.

We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request deletion of your account by contacting church leadership.

Christ Generation Church may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if a subscription lapses, or where necessary to protect the church, its members, or the Platform. Where an account is terminated for a reason other than a violation, we will give reasonable notice so that you can request a copy of your data.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Christ Generation Church makes no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Platform or its content.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Christ Generation Church shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall first be resolved in good faith with church leadership; otherwise, the courts of Cebu, Philippines, shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be announced inside the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
